I paint a day of the dead painting every year. I choose a famous person that has passed. I follow a recipe of setting stage with Marigolds​ and candles, and the person's favorite food in their lifetime. I wait for them to arrive. This year, more famous to me than you, I invited my 26 year marriage. complete with pets we owned and carrots and grapes (I famously suffered my children those on long car rides). ocean for me.
