Chair with butterfly pillow
Original oil painting inspired by colonial maple wood chair that my belonged to my Grandmother and an embroidered pillow my Mother made and gave to her. This painting is part of a series of work thoughtful of my heritage and the place for forgiveness in our lives. Also made with an appreciation of my Moms skills with the needle and thread in the 1970's.
The framed painting measures approximately 19 inches by 27.5 inches high, 3 inches deep. The corners have a custom small design for decorative shape.
Painted in OIL paints on a solid wood canvas. Weighs approx 8 pounds.
